Canon’s 14mm f/2.8 L II is the most effective repaired 14mm lens I’ve ever before used. It’s much better compared to Nikon’s corrected 14mm lens due to the fact that this Canon lens has far less distortion, while the Nikon len is filled with it.  The Canon EF 14mm f/2.8 L II is created for full frame, especially the high-resolution 1Ds Mk III, 5D and 5D Mark II. I’m not worrying about to check it on Canon’s shared style 1.3 x and 1.6 x cameras; all my remarks are on full-frame.

Utilizing 14mm Lenses

Ultra-ultra vast lenses are the most difficult lenses of all to make use of properly.  To obtain excellent results, you have to force yourself to obtain closer and better, and push the subject out to the sides. Century Optics is behind the iPro Lens system is one of the high end lenses for iPhone cameras.  Unlike the regular run of the mill iphone add-on lenses, Century optics make add-on lenses for broad-cast cameras.  These are the folks who provide fish eye views to movie-makers which means they have a lot of lens-making experience and are taking your iPhone serious.

There are two lenses in this kit.

• fisheye lens for really wide shots with barrel distortion.
• wideangle – which fairly closely emulate a 35mm fov

Both lenses are the best optical lenses I have ever tried on my phone.  So are the iPro lenses worth the money?  The simple answer is YES, there is no better add-on lens available for the iPhone.  The lenses feature a bayonet mount which permit a quick change between the fish eye and regular wide lens.  The bayonet mounts the lens far firmer than the typical magnet ring systems.

* I do have the Olloclip for the iPhone also, and while it is a great thing and smaller overall, the quality of the glass and optics is simply not the same as the iPro.
*Ironically one reviewer, comparing the Olloclip and the iPro complained about the shadows in a iPro shot was too dark.  That is a result of great glass, add on lenses with less contrast have more scattered light and therefore less contrast.

Ultimately – the verdict is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..!

The Olloclip iPhone Lens does EVERYTHING it claims to do. Its small, its flexible camera lens and takes excellent quality images especially on the macro side.  The Macro Lens and Fish Eye lens are the most impressive features to this lens.  I use the fish eye only on rare occasions, but it does a good job. The moderately wide angle lens does a good job a grabbing a little more of a scene, especially for closer subjects. The macro lens allows incredibly close shots, as would be expected, with a very shallow depth of field.  The lenses are very easy to attach and use.  I love the fact that it the iPhone lens fits perfectly in my pocket which is  great for on the go and when you don’t want to carry a heavy camera.  Overall, I give the Olloclip All In One iPhone Lens a 5 star rating and is one of the best iPhone lenses you can buy for this price.
